RETURN POLICY
CUSTOM COLOR UNITS AND BUNDLES: PROCESSING TIME IS 1-3 DAYS. Final sale on custom/ready-to-wear units or custom colored extensions.
BOMB ASS BUNDLES AND RAW LACE WIGS: We gladly accept returns on unopened hair extensions and units that are unworn and unaltered. Please return items unaltered, and unopened. Items that have been opened may be subjected to fee. All colored and custom units are final sale. All on-sale items are final sale.
A full refund of the purchased items will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned items were not opened and the OFFICIAL RAW HAIR CLOSET seal was not broken. Instructions on where to send returns will be emailed to you via our customer service team if local drop off is not available in your city. Refunds are normally back to your bank within 3-5 business days.
